Services

Android App Test provides Android application testing services, including Google Play closed-testing support with real testers on physical Android devices, tester management, feedback reports, and guidance through the Google Play production-access application process.

What We Deliver

We commit to providing the tester counts, testing durations, and support levels described in the package you order. Testers opt in through your official closed-testing link, install your app on real devices, and use it throughout the agreed testing period. If a tester drops out, we replace them promptly.

What We Do Not Control

Google LLC alone reviews and decides Google Play production-access applications and all other Play Console decisions. Android App Test does not control, and cannot guarantee, Google's final decision on any application, account, or app review. Our service is the delivery of genuine, complete testing and honest guidance — not a guarantee of any Google outcome.

Client Responsibilities

  • You confirm you own or are authorized to manage the app and developer account you ask us to work with.
  • You are responsible for your app complying with Google Play policies and applicable law.
  • You provide accurate information, a working closed-testing link, and reasonable cooperation during setup.

Payments and Refunds

Package prices are listed on our pricing page. Work begins after order confirmation. If we fail to deliver the tester count or testing duration promised in your package, contact us and we will make it right — through additional testing days, replacement testers, or a refund where appropriate.

Confidentiality

We treat your app details, testing links, and project information as confidential and use them only to deliver the requested services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Android App Test is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
